During the Online booking process, it is necessary to collect the following information:

  • Billing Address

  • Contact Email & Phone Number

  • Details about your dog

  • We will use it to estimate the length of time needed to groom your dog

  • Your information can be used to offer you reminders for when your appointment is

  • Occasionally we may need to use the contact details you have provided ourselves to contact you to confirm a procedure, or in rare events, in an emergency

We are required under Tax Laws to store copies of these invoices for 7 years.

We will make you aware of our Privacy Policy prior to collecting any data from you during your in-store visit.

We use Payment Sense for credit and debit card transactions in store, and to ensure PCI DSS Compliancy is upheld.

 

Data Given to us via Email or Phone

Our contact information is available through many avenues, if you have phoned us to make a booking or any similar request that requires us to use your personal information, you will have a Privacy Statement read out to you over the phone to ensure you understand what we do with your data, prior to any data being recorded or processed.

We use Google Mail to provide our Email services. This allows our emails to be TLS encrypted to protect your information, but you must be aware that the email provider that you have chosen to use may not be as protective as ours. If we require personal data from you, we will make you aware of our Privacy Policy prior to you sending us your information.

Our Newsletter

Prior to successfully signing up to our online Newsletter, you will be given a description of what we will use your data for. We use Mail Chimp to deliver our Newsletter, and you will be presented with their information in addition when subscribing. You are able to unsubscribe at any point from our Newsletter by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email.

Third Parties

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties, except as outlined in the text throughout this Privacy Policy, unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Controlling your Data

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, you must pass our security questions first. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

You have the right to request that we remove any data of yours that we currently store. You must be aware however that there are legal reasons such as for Tax Purposes, that will prevent us from erasing your data until the 7 years required has passed.
